With decades of experience in research, product design, and clinical translation, Clay has dedicated his career to developing technologies that harness the body’s natural ability to heal itself. His innovations have been used across wound care, burn centers, trauma surgery, and reconstructive medicine, improving outcomes for patients around the world.
Known for his scientific precision, creativity, and visionary approach, Clay leads FetTech’s R&D with a clear purpose — to advance regenerative medicine without the barriers that slow innovation.
